Printique is a vintage typewriter app for iPhone and iPad that turns your words into small cards. Write a goal, to-do, reminder or thought, cross off a finished line, or save and share a card as an image.

Printique supports iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, in Simplified Chinese and English. Choose a language or follow the system in Settings. Check the App Store for device compatibility.

The current version supports up to 500 characters per card, suited to short notes and lists. Older versions may have a different limit; check the app and review your text before printing.

Type in the typewriter’s input area and press Print. Tap a body-text line on the saved card to cross it off, then tap again to undo. Tapping blank space outside the text does not change completion.

Open History and enter words from the card’s text in the bottom search field. Use the sort control beside the card count to switch between newest and oldest first. Clear or cancel search to see all cards. Availability depends on the installed version.

You can type, print, view and share locally available cards offline. iCloud sync, loading store products and restoring purchases need an internet connection.

Open a card in History and choose to share text, share an image or save an image. Saving to Photos requests add-only permission and does not read existing photos. Shared content goes to the destination you choose.

Use the same Apple Account on your devices and enable iCloud access. Cards sync through Apple’s private CloudKit database; network, system scheduling and iCloud storage affect timing. Check the cloud status in History. Saved locally does not mean syncing is complete.

The widget shows the latest printed card, with refreshes scheduled by the system. It may not update immediately. Open the app to confirm the card was saved, then check the Home Screen. Choose words you are comfortable displaying to others.

Open the skin or card-template selector in Settings and choose a style. It applies to future prints. Previously printed cards retain their original template and content.

Typing, printing, crossing off lines, History, sharing and iCloud sync are free. Classic Noir and Mint Studio skins and the Classic Memo template are free. Additional personalized skins and templates require Pro. Prices and available benefits are shown in the app and App Store.

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. Restoration depends on valid App Store records. Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Printique does not send writing or cards to developer-operated servers and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking services. Content is stored locally and may sync through your own iCloud. Saving images requests only photo-add permission. Read the full privacy policy for details.
