Care information worth trusting.
Why we made this encyclopedia
Cat & Seek helps you understand and care for your cat with clear, traceable information. Our first edition focuses on everyday questions and will evolve.
Sources and updates
We prioritize veterinary organizations, university feline-health centers and welfare organizations. Articles link specific sources and show editorial update dates. Laws, products and protocols vary by location.
Review status
This edition uses editorial curation and AI-assisted drafting and bilingual wording. It has not been reviewed by a veterinarian. Citing an expert source does not imply endorsement. Future professional reviews will identify the reviewer and date.
How to use health information
Health articles support education, observation and preparation for a vet visit. They cannot replace diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment. Contact a vet directly for emergencies such as breathing or urinary difficulty, collapse or suspected poisoning.
Privacy and analytics
Reading and search require no account. Search runs in your browser without an AI service. Queries appear in URLs and may appear in server access logs or analytics. Guide ticks stay in this browser. Photos are uploaded to api.zzz.pet only when you submit them for recognition; previews do not upload automatically. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Corrections and contact
